A source tells In Touch magazine, "She told him they are done. She's meeting with lawyers and just figuring out the next steps. It's over."
Another insider adds, "This has been bubbling up for a year."
Bethenny's marital ups and downs with Jason were recently chronicled on her Bravo reality series, Bethenny Ever After. The couple, who met while filming the third season of The Real Housewives of New York, have been married for nearly three years. They have one child, daughter Bryn.
