JUSTIN BIEBER: Sued for Allegedly Beating Up Ex-Member of the Israeli Army
Justin Bieber's street cred has just gone up another notch. The Bieb -- who was recently photographed smoking weed -- is now being sued for allegedly beating the crap out of an ex-member of the Israeli Army.
Moshe Benabou, who worked as Justin's bodyguard, claims that the Canadian bad-ass berated him and punched him in the chest multiple times during a disagreement. Moshe is seeking unspecified damages for assault and battery, as well as $420,000 in unpaid overtime.
Justin's people tell TMZ that Moshe is nothing more than a "disgruntled employee looking for money." They claim that the scrawny star hitting the hulking guard is "absurd." The Bieb, by the way, is five-foot-seven and 130 pounds dripping wet.
According to insiders, Moshe was fired, in part, because he had lied about working with Justin Timberlake.
LINDSAY LOHAN: A Disaster on the Set of The Canyons
According to the New York Times, Lindsay Lohan provided more drama behind the scenes of The Canyons than in the actual movie. Reporter Stephen Rodrick chronicled the project from start to finish, and what he witnessed was classic LiLo shenanigans. Here are the highlights:
- Rodrick says Lindsay had been drinking before a scene in which she had to simulate a four-way sex scene with real-life porn actors.
- She was fired after not showing up on the set for two days. She then showed up at the director's hotel room and pounded on his door while hysterically crying and begging for her job back. She stayed in the hallway sobbing for 90 minutes before giving up.
- She freaked out before a sex scene that called for her to be naked, and then locked herself in a closet. Linds didn't agree to do the 14-minute sex scene until the director stripped naked himself to show her it was no big deal.
- Lindsay once partied with Lady Gaga until 5:30 a.m., even though she had a 6 a.m. call time. She showed up to the set at 9 a.m., but left soon after a doctor said she was too sick to film.
