MAROON 5: Throat Woes Shorten Show

Maroon 5 had to pull the plug on a Michigan show after just ten songs last night (Monday) when Adam Levine's voice gave out due to laryngitis. The Grand Rapids Press reports that Adam's voice sounded strained from the onset, and he admitted that he was in a place where "the notes just don't come out."

He later tweeted, "My apologies to our fans in Grand Rapids tonight. First case of laryngitis. I hate not being 100 percent for you. But we still had fun! Thank you. On vocal rest for the next 24 hours. This means a lot of tweets. I apologize in advance."

Maroon 5's next scheduled show is tomorrow night (Wednesday) in Kansas City.
