The revelation comes from an upcoming tell-all by New York Times media reporter Brian Stelter. In Top of the Morning: Inside the Cutthroat World of Morning TV, Stelter says there was "a general sense of meanness" on the set of the morning show and that Ann was "hurt and humiliated" by the backstage antics in her final months -- which allegedly included executive producer Jim Bell making a blooper reel of her worst on-air errors and circulating an image of the co-anchor in a bright yellow dress alongside that of Big Bird among the control room staff.
Ann reportedly told colleagues afterward, "It feels like I died, and I've seen my own wake."
KIM KARDASHIAN: Divorce Settlement?
The former couple have both been ordered to appear in court for a settlement conference. And if Kim apologizes to Kris in the Los Angeles court, he'll drop his bid to seek an annulment and give her a divorce -- or so says Radar Online.
TMZ also believes a settlement looks to be in the works, but they think it's because the case against Kris is growing. Their source says, "Kris is opening his eyes a little bit, and what he sees doesn't look good."
If both sides are unable to reach an agreement, the trial will proceed on May 6th.
