Michael Jackson has been dead for four years, but that hasn't stopped people from accusing him of child molestation.
Choreographer Wade Robson, who spent time with the singer at the Neverland Ranch when he was a kid, has filed legal papers asking for money from the Michael Jackson Estate for childhood sexual abuse.
Wade, who is now 30, says he went for sleepovers at Neverland and Michael's homes in L.A. and Las Vegas starting when he was seven.
In 2005, Wade testified in Michael's molestation trial and denied that he was ever molested. But Jackson's former housekeeper, Blanca Francia, testified she witnessed the pop star in the shower with Wade when the boy was eight or nine.
As a choreographer, Wade has worked with such stars as Britney Spears, 'N Sync, Usher and Pink. He also appeared on So You Think You Can Dance.
Rihanna isn't getting any love from fans in Boston -- after she showed up three hours late for her show and bailed after performing for only an hour.
According to Britain's Daily Mirror, RiRi couldn't pull herself away from last night's (Monday) playoff game between the Chicago Bulls and Miami Heat, so ticket-holders had to wait around for hours. The wait was made worse because opener A$AP Rocky couldn't make it to the show, which had been re-scheduled after Rihanna canceled the last time around

JENNIFER LOPEZ: Shots Fired Near Video Shoot
Somebody took the word "shoot" a little too literally near the set of Jennifer Lopez's new video in Miami on Sunday night -- by firing off a few rounds from a gun.
J-Lo and Pitbull were midway through the filming of a clip for their collaboration "Live It Up" when the shots rang out, but neither one was in any danger. Security officials say that Lopez was doing an interview inside a car at the time of the incident.
According to TMZ, a witness told police he saw the shooter. So far, no arrests have been made.
Phillip Phillips has canceled the rest of his college tour on the advice of his doctors.
The American Idol champ, who has battled kidney troubles for the past several years, pulled the plug on the final nine dates of the tour, but posted a note on his Facebook page promising to make up the shows. And he's still planning to return to the road in July with John Mayer, who's had health issues of his own the past two years.
A source in Phillip's camp tells the Hollywood Reporter, "His body doesn’t bounce back, and he's been feeling run down. He was playing six shows a week, and it’s too much for him."

According to a TMZ report this morning, Lindsay Lohan spent most of yesterday pleading with her former attorney to return. Surprisingly, Shawn Holley agreed to take up the challenge, and represent Lindsay. The first thing Shawn will likely do is ask the judge to delay any arrest warrant. She’s reportedly already at work trying to get approval on a rehab facility other than the Morningside in Newport Beach. Yesterday, Lindsay treated it like a "drive-by rehab."

MICHAEL BUBLE: Falling Into a Tour
While the kids are going back to school, Michael Buble is going back on the road -- with a 40-date tour around North America. He'll kick off this leg of his world tour in Chicago on September 13th and won't wrap things up until he completes a show in Oakland on November 30th.
He'll precede those dates with an unprecedented 10-night stand at London's O2 Arena in July -- a stint that's already completely sold out. Buble has said he plans to take the month of August off to spend time with wife Luisiana Lopilato, who'll be giving birth to their first child around that time.
