Weekends give you more time to cook and enjoy the kitchen! ( well, enjoy...or be in!) So here are a full day of recipes to try and enjoy! ( I do mean enjoy on that one!)
How about French Toast Suzette.....I found it on the 80breakfasts.com website , a bit on the boozey side too!
That should be a great way to start the morning!
Then, on to Lunch!
How about these open faced tuna sandwiches I found on Skinnytaste.com?? Not your typical mayo-y sandwich...lighter and more healthful!
Doesn't it look amazing?? Ok, if you aren't a tuna fan, you could probably sub out cooked chicken...I am guessing!
And then....Dinner time!
I swear this is the one I have the most trouble with during the week, but on the weekends you have more time and can make some pretty fun stuff!
How about the Kale Lasagna Rolls that I found on Skinnytaste.com? They need a bit of extra time to stuff and roll, but yum-o!!
And you can use spinach instead of kale if you choose!
