Now that all the kids are finally back to school, its time to get back into the kitchen and get cooking!!
Now regardless of all the diet hype of potatos being a no-no, I don't believe that. Hey, if a whole nation survived on them...so can we!

See? I could totally survive on that!!! :) What next? Its been a while since I covered some breakfast ideas! Mostly because I have been on an Egg and Zuchinni every single day kick because like you, I have a LOT of zuchinni to use up! So this no-zuchinni recipe caught my eye. Its of course from Skinnytaste.com and its her lightened up Creme Brulee french Toast. ( Darn much better then zuchinni huh?)
You know, you can eat Breakfast for dinner too! This would work for that!
