Do you remember playing solitare on your computer at work when you had time to waste?? ( * please note all bosses....this NEVER EVER happened! Nope...we all work the whole time we are working for you! )
A new study now says that being online has taken over as the biggest time waster at work. In fact, they say about 80 percent of time online is wasted...goofing off...they even gave it a name "cyber Couching".
Wow. Wonder who paid for that study?? :) I mean I think most of us know that altho we DO do some work online....have legitimate things going on...that...well, yeah, its a great way to kill time. Find recipes...read news...celebrity stuff that we'll never admit to...radio websites ( thanks!) ... not to mention Facebook and Pinterest...two of the greatest time sucks of all time.
But is it going to change because of the study? Nope. Is it going to change our behavior? Nope. Its here, we love it and its going to keep going on.
Besides, I can't even find solitare on this computer anymore!
